Aluminum - These products are used in the production of color concentrates, paints, varnishes, coatings, lacquers, sanding sealers and greases.

Zinc stearate is a metallic salt of fatty acid possessing a surfactant-like combination of hydrophilic and lipophilic molecular characteristics. Zinc stearate can perform the following functions in formulations; lubricants, acid scavengers, coupling agents, waterproofing agents, viscosity modifiers and flatting agents. Zinc stearates are used in the production of color concentrates, fiberglass reinforced polyesters, phenolic resins and compounds, polyolefins, polystyrene, PVC, coatings, paints, varnishes, sanding sealers, waterproofing compositions, rubber articles and compositions and in metal forming operations such as, stamping, extrusion or milling.
